Steven A. Kotchek is an insurance lawyer at Greenblatt Agulnick. He graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2011, and Queens College in 2008. He litigates cases against insurance carriers, insurance agents and brokers, and handles many of the firm’s general litigation matters.
Steven has litigated many cases against national insurance companies. He has successful results against insurance companies such as Allstate Indemnity Company, Travelers Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, and State Farm Insurance Company, in addition to numerous local New York insurance companies.
Steven represents clients in New York State and Federal Court in a variety of different property damage coverage and damage disputes including catastrophic fires, floods, wind damage, water damage, explosions, bad faith claims handling practices, and insurance agent and broker negligence.
